All orders once placed and paid for are non-refundable. This applies to all Paid Monthly and Yearly Plans.

No refunds will be given for partial usage or non-usage of our service.

Refunds will not be given in case of any breach of our Terms of Service.


Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the cancel subscription button.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

Cancellation requests made after the billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund.


Account Suspension or Termination:

Failure to pay any due amount will result in account suspension or termination.

JLComm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of our Terms of Service.
